The Rulers series showcases over a hundred handmade wooden rulers. Using an acrylic gel medium image transfer technique, compositions made in Adobe Photoshop, paint, and gold leaf, each ruler plays on ideas of objectivity vs. subjectivity regarding universal norms in morality, religion, and authority.
