This preliminary exploration into copper plate etching became a unique way to express my ideas about religion and lament. Borrowing motifs from early Christian art, master drawings, and evocative text and blending them with contemporary imagery provides moments of upended expectations about what is old and new, right and wrong, and good and bad.
